Love it son!!!

Wish they would make it possible to buy from the app

We take it for granted but if we really think about it, this technology has had an exponential effect in providing millions of humankind greater access to the written word. There was a time, not that long ago in the context of human communication; where every important work that had ever been written could be contained at Monticello. to read, listen, educate and record.

Worth the subscription.

I have been w Audible since the very beginning. Love the service, books, downloads and quality of playback, etc. My only complaint is that I cannot search and purchase books directly from the Audible app, nor can I purchase from the Amazon app. I have to go to the audible web site which is a real pain. Update the mobile app to be able to search and pay for books and Ill give you 5 stars all day long!

This app accessible reading much more enjoyable. I really appreciate the white on black option, it makes using the app late at night easier. I just wish I could buy new books directly through the app.

The app is easy to use and simple. The biggest frustration is that I have no way to view my "Wishlist" which is very aggravating. If/when this is changed Ill gladly give it 5 stars.

I cant believe Ive never reviewed this app before. Audible is awesome! I tell people all the time that I used to hate audiobooks. Audible takes them to another level and hires voice actors that put you in the book making them much more enjoyable. I love audiobooks now. The format of the app works great and I use it all the time. You can listen while you drive or do anything else like chores. I like to alternate between educational books and fiction. There is always a limitless supply of top notch books available and the subscription cost is very low for what you get. I highly recommend giving audible a try. I love it!

Sort program does not work, half the time the books in the library disappear and you must wait 4-5 days for them to reappear. I had to buy another iPad to be able to continue to read books. Of, and when you tap on a book to read, it slithers somewhere else and you must search both up and down to discover where the book is that you tried to read. If only there was an alternative, I would move to it even if I had to buy my 750 books again.

Audible books are a favorite way to enjoy the books I love. With this app on my phone I can listen as I travel or as I go about my day. Thanks!

While this update says the big improvement is car mode, apparently whomever designed car mode doesnt actually use audible in a car. Same problems as my previous review - no playlist, no automatically move to the next book when the book you are listening to finishes. From my point of view, there is no improvement at all in using this app in the car. I still have to remove my eyes from the road when I reach the end of a book and its a lot harder than it needs to be to pick the next book to listen to. Its basically pull over to the side of the road, find the next book you want to listen to, start it, pull back into traffic.

This has enriched my body , due to not having to sit while getting information, and my mind!

Audio books are the way to go!

Really enjoy listening to the stories that I dont have time to read! Easy to use! I am so glad I decided to get this app!

This will help pass the time in long car rides

I didnt think Id use this as much as I would , but its great! This has helped me get chance to read some of the books Id been wanting to , but didnt have the time. I love the new car mode feature because I do most of listening on the go. I would give it 5, but the only thing is I wish I could get books directly in the app rather than go on Amazon. Other than that, Im quite pleased.
