Frustrated user
New version keeps stopping. Had to hit play 5 times in ten minute span. Customer service told me to logout, download new app, reload the book in high def. All of these steps you never had to do before. This worked for a few days. Now its is back to stopping every couple of minutes. Have been a user of audible for a few years now. Hate the updated version. Quite frustrating!!! Looking for a new audio app.
