Never a single issue. Works flawlessly. The new sleep function is excellent too. You have to love Audible.

Why on earth cant you make a purchase in app??? Major, major flaw for such a large company

Audible is a godsend for me. I listen to books as I garden and its wonderful. Also the app is really, really good.

The volume, fast forward, skip, and sleep timer (plus more) are all available on the main screen now. This is the home screen Ive been waiting for. I buy books using safari, then download and listen to them using the app. Its all there.

Audible is my favorite app. I listen to books when I drive and I drive a lot. If there is ever a book I do not like for any reason they will return it no questions asked. I really enjoy this app.

Why cant this be fixed to allow book purchases in app?

This comment is strictly about audible billing: I signed up for a free trial book via TAL link with free 30 day trial. I ended up preferring paper books. I figured that any respectful business relationship would inform me that they were now charging me $14.95 per month for gold membership. Cut to three months later reviewing my card charges to find 3 months payments. No email notice or invoices. I guess this is what passes for standard business practice today but in my opinion scammy and disrespectful.

Ive long been an Audible subscriber and have loved the selection of Audiobooks but their recent decision to partner with snake oil salesman Cesar Milan has me canceling my subscription and heading to the library. Ive always relied on Audible for high-quality content but choosing Milan, who uses training techniques which are almost universally condemned by the professional animal behavior and training community is short-sited at best and dangerous to the dogs and people who love them at worst.

In books and other forms of media such as magazines or music CDs, there are chapters, articles or tracks. These media forms have table of contents or track listings that are numbered and have chapter titles, article titles or song titles. The way Audible audiobooks have chapter listings without a chapter title is silly. Its like having a book table of contents with only page numbers or a music CD with a numbered track list without the song titles. Give us the chapter titles of our audiobooks.

For a book geek like me who now in life has no time to sit & open a book i love this app ??? usually the narrators are awesome as well & i like how they recommend books based off ur recent purchases great app cant say it enough

Exactly what youd expect. Simple and to the point.

I love reading, but life has gotten is is too busy to read regularly. With audible, I can squeeze in an aggressive "reading" schedule without making my life busier. I listen to it when Im driving, running, doing menial tasks or anything else that does not require by higher-brain functions.

I listen TED talk while getting on a bed. It has a timer so that I can listen to it while Im about sleeping.

Seems incredibly inane to not enable users to make purchases from this app. The process for actually adding books to your account is opaque (and is actually incorrect, as described in this version of the app) and highly frustrating.

Audible give an awesome value for its price. For the price of the subscriptions get free credits every month which get me $60 audiobooks. Audible has a wide selection and easy to browse library.

In a busy word full of propaganda and legalized bullying on our radio and TV networks. Audibles gives me the choice to listen to what interests me. Love the biographies, historical romance, and motivational books for the car, the office or while doing household chores. Thank you so much for 5 years of wonderful choices.

Been using monthly for a couple of years now and it is great! Monthly subscription is much cheaper than buying audiobooks outright!

You seriously cant let me purchase and download a book from the app? Before I purchased a membership I had the option to download a book and begin my free trial directly from the app. After I sign up? The option to download is taken away. Very lame decision by audible.

Weve been members for YEARS! Enjoy receiving the daily deals to curb the expense. The channels are awesome as well!

I only wish I could order new books from the app.
